What is NLP Therapy?

NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming, and NLP Therapy is the use of NLP techniques to make powerful positive fast-acting changes.

Neuro – we process all our experiences through our nervous systems, via our five senses (sight, sound, smell, touch and feel);

Linguistic – we code, order and give meaning to these neural representations through language and other nonverbal communication;

Programming – we run programs, or strategies, in our unconscious minds that we are not even aware of, creating the habits we see in our daily lives.

For example, do you have to remind yourself to take a breath in and out every second of every minute of every day? No. Do you have to teach yourself how to walk every morning when you wake up? No.

How will it help me?

We experience the world through our five senses, process and store these experiences, and then use them to create habits or patterns of behaviour. These habits and patterns are stored in our unconscious mind.
